Hey guys, I was directed to this forum by a member of the Volvo Network Worldwide facebook group.
I got my car dyno'd today and they found the waste gate actuator vacuum line wasn't connected - I was pretty much making uncontrolled boost for 3 years; but the car pulled hard and went well.
After fixing this we ran the dyno testing and my car, made a disappointing amount of power - only 115kw at the wheels and oddly enough 300 lb.ft of torque.
Driving home I no longer had the push of boost I was used to and the car felt sluggish, no longer fun. So far I've reset the ECU but yet to drive to finish the data collection. On Monday my guy has said he'll have another look at the lines to see they're all connected properly.
Anyone have any input on whats happened to my car?
So far I've been told to put in new vacuum lines and install a boost & air fuel ratio gauge as well as a manual boost controller to recover and increase my boost.
Other information that's probably helpful is that the car was serviced two weeks ago and given a tuneup kit/service in September last year, so at least I know that side of things is okay.
Below are the dyno logs. This is my first dyno run and I'm still learning about this sort of modification so apologies if I've mistakenly put forward some misinformation.
