Hi all
I've been enjoying my S60 for a almost 2 years now, but we've become a 1 car household, and the other half finds the S60 a bit big, so compromise was made and now it has to go :(
Year/Make/Model:2005 Volvo S60 T5 AWD
Transmission: auto
Colour: silver
Kilometres: 106,500
Registration: Can't remember right now if it expires in march or may - will find the document and correct. this is the problem with not having rego stickers anymore!
Features: reversing sensors, leather heated seats, heated mirrors, cruise, all electrics, genuine mats, electric drivers seat with 3 memory settings, has service history, receipts, tint, and is stock as a rock.
so, i purchased this from www.old.com.au about 18 months ago. when i got it, it had ~80,000km on the clock. drove it back down to melb and now, as per this thread, i (we) have gotten something smaller.
interior condition is excellent generally. some of the hard plastics have a mark or scratch here or there, but overall the car's interior is great. the leather seats are all in great shape, no sagging, no fading, no cracks or anything. the backs seats barely look used. carpets are all fine. all electrics and buttons work as expected. roof lining is like new.
the body has some marks and bumps though. there are some scratches, bit of paint fade on the bonnet (like that when i bought it), and the front bumper has a cracky bit where it caught on one of those concrete bars in a car park which were unusually high.
tyres are good. one tyre has a flappy bit on the sidewall ; was assured by my local mech/tyre place that it wasn't structural and that it is roadworthy (trusted as they didnt try to sell me new tyres lol).
mechanically it's been great and has no issues right now that i know of. engine still has all the go in it.
not sure what else i can think of right now - happy to answer any questions.
here's a dropbox link to some photos, and i am going to get some of the interior this weekend.
price: $7000 with no roadworthy. basically i am trying to get more than the shitty trade in figure i was quoted, but want to sell quickly so i am not going to ask the prices people are asking on carsales. IMO that's a lot of car for the price :)
cheers
andrew.
