  • **FOUND** Tracking down an 850R that used to be owned by my family - NTV387 Red auto sedan **FOUND**

Hi all

Just thought Id put the feelers out for an old 850R that my parents used to own.

It was a 1996 Red 850R Sedan with an auto box, Rego number NTV387 (IIRC)

It was last seen 2 years ago driving around Bentleigh with faded red paint

It was traded in at Volvo Masons Seaford in the early 2000's for a shitbox XC70 - Twas a sad day :(

Long story short, I want it back ^^

Haha ikr, To be honest i was actually searching for a darker 240, something metallic blue or green, but the red one that popped up was just too clean to pass up

In regards to the 850, the rego is still being paid for... its here somewhere :)
Go around the usual suspects in Melb and see if they have a record of it? Also ask someone at a dealers really nicely if they have a record of any work done?

We owned it for a while. Purchased it from Mason's in January 2003 and sold it to Simon (a Vic Volvo Club member) in February 2009. Has far as I know she is still around and in excellent condition. It was my partners car and she loved it. Only sold it as we were upgrading to a new V70T6 and she now has an S40T5 AWD..
Oh, that's that car, In that case I saw the car having work done at Berrys if that's the right one a few weeks ago, I think that's when I saw Heino there and he pointed it out being his partners old car, oops it hadn't clicked until now lol
Car surfaced and bought!
Will get full check up this week.
