Hi i just finished completing my Megasquirt 2 setup and i came across a problem where i believe i might of possibly killed my new 2.2 sensor i put the old dizzy back in and the car fired straight up ive had this new dizzy for about 3 months with no problems up until today i was just wondering if its easy to kill these sensors?

They aren't that common really. I assume you changed the wiring to it? Did you wire in the shield wire? It is important for signal stuff. But the old wiring could have shorted through before?

The hall was the only part i didnt re-wire due to not having any shielded wire i checked my plugs and the wiring from the dizzy back to my megasquirt and everything appeared to be in good condition today it has been running great with the old dizzy but im using the new cap and rotor button off the failed one im still having a timing issue though where at first throttle application it bogs down then picks up.
