I haven't got one either, but when I had the one in my 74 pressure tested at the radiator place for a week about 5 years ago, there was no issues. They were blown away that the thing was over 40 years old.
I got nervous about quality and couldn't find many reviews so ordered a genuine Volvo one from VolvoPartsWebStore.com. They were randomly the 'cheapest' ($416 posted ..) for genuine, though 4-6 weeks to order in then however long to get to Australia.

AFAIK, LHD and RHD are the same. It's the same heater core from 1974 140/164 through to 1993 240.
I usually get my 940 cores from these folks, even been to the factory when I was in the UK.

FWIW Four Seasons brand available from RockAuto for $153AUD including FedEx (I just looked at 1988 model 240)...assuming they're all the same.
Oooohhhhhh!
For 1990
Same part for 1976 and 1990.

Hopefully it won't be in a "Four Seasons" box inside a Volvo box when it arrives! ;)
GCP usually ships pretty quickly, expect about a week to 10 days before arrival.
I'm surprised most of the Rockauto ones are copper even the cheaper one although it's not for A/C cars.
Whats different between them?
