Anyone have any thoughts where to buy one for an 850 ?
Reason I'm asking is I see many different sites it's bit of a minefield .
So I'm asking for recommendations please 🍻

Get the numbers off it and we can possibly match one up locally Stevo. Or even a photo is a good starting point. Honestly I don't know what's on my 97 as I am waiting for it to fail also but it keeps on going.
Are you sure it isn't the clutch wearing out causing the compressor to not engage?
It happens an almost all 850's (and similar vehicles)
You can repair it, or replace the entire compressor with a new one
Looks like it has been repaired in the past with cable ties , I'd like to replace it .
I'll take some pictures later or over the weekend see if I can see some numbers on it ..
Yes typical clutch wear causing problems with consistent engagement
It happens to most if not all 850's
Just taken a few pictures from above and below . Can only see 15 and 16 numbers
I have new , condenser and drier for replacement so good idea to change the compressor at the same time 👍
Double them zip ties up!
