Only ask as I've just seen one advertised as LHD only .

Don't buy a cheap one, you will be replacing it again soon and they are a bit smaller.......
I put an order in with fcp couple of weeks ago but got a refund on the matrix ( out of stock) so on the lookout for one
What's the going price for a decent one anyone ? I paid just under $130 au from fcp . I've seen some on fee bay for around 70 bux but sounds too cheap to me ?

Same here actually . I was living there and had to change one on a 480 ES . Must have been a common problem on the 480 as I had 3 of them and 2 needed to be changed.
Difference is you could go in a car shop and buy on over the counter ...

I use vehicleheaters.co.uk for 240/740/940 cores not sure what else they stock but most stuff, and they include diagrams and the quality is good
Get a BEHR one and no other.
The cheapo one I got didn't fit very well one way and too long the other then failed at ends anyway, shit of a thing to have to clean up after and redo the job again......
That was the make I ordered from fcp , out of stock with no date of restocking 👍

It's a bit like those URO parts , some good some bad . I did know they were pretty bad . I changed my expansion bottle couple of years ago , it's a uro part and still going, I have an oem Volvo one waiting to go in but there's nothing wrong with the uro atm .
How about MAHLE ? I found one on ebay BUT always worth reading the description ..
In the additional notes , unless customer specifies any make could be posted I'm guessing.
Mahler stuff can be ok, purported to be like OEM but the likes of P3 lower control arms have failed within a month of professional installation I reckon go with known good.
Behr or Volvo.
I've not had issue with anything mahle or uro
I got a Hella/Behr one from sparesbox in Aus, was reasonable pricing too
I've not heard of sparesbox ? Was that recently ?
