So I took the plunge and went Powerflex bushings for the LCAs with new sway bars links and ball joints (lemforder). I took some pics below. The car drives much better, the nose does not dip as much under braking if at all, coming to a hard stop will not jerk the steering wheel like the exhausted stock rubber ones I had, no clunking noises under low speed. I driven it now for the last two days, no extra vibrations in the cabin, I was freaking out about this as some people tend to think Poly = harsher ride, no impact here. The steering wheel is tighter but not as sharp as I would like but better, it is a heavy car so this upgrade is not going to turn it into a M3.
On the freeway the car feels more settled and I get no drift at high speed the car stays where you point the wheel. I would highly recommend the upgrade if you are looking for new LCA. I am hoping I won't need to change the LCA for another 200k KM.

Note that Powerflex now recommends the rear bushings to their "Black" line. Also they now come with a washer that sits on top and bottom of the poly bush. My guess is to prevent damage from rubbing against the sub-frame. Other can comment on this :D

I got all the parts from FCP Euro, 50% shipping discount. I also got all new bolts, nuts and washers, extra $30 dollars but peace of mind knowing nothing is going to break.
Total spend was install $830.00 including labour and alignment. Originally to just change the LCA for aftermarket ones was going to cost me $980.00. So I feel that I got a better outcome for the money.
