I know you didnt ask for this advice, but what are you trying to gain by this?
The difference between Motronic and LH2.2 in terms of their performance is minimal with the only real benefit being that parts for LH2.2 are a bit easier to get.
Its going to be quite an indepth swap as the 7 series integrated the fuel/spark computer wiring with the body harness unlike a 2 series where they are separate harnesses. This means you are going to have to strip the fuel/spark harness from your 760 body harness and then refit the LH2.2 harness to your body harness if you want a neat swap.
The actual swap is not too difficult and marking everything before you start will go a long way to making it easier to re-install. Also making an effort to not cut anything and instead depinning will help prevent problems later caused by bad reconnections.
I dont know of anyone who can do this swap as I've never heard of anyone doing this swap due to the small rewards over the work involved. That being said if you have a 740 LH2.2 harness, an ECU pinout diagram and body electrical diagram I cant see it being difficult as much as it will be tedious.
