No brake light in this one as it is in the tailgate. I've not seen one with a brake light in it before.

Perhaps in EU foggy countries but it actually makes more sense in Australia that its as it is as the spoiler shades the glass where the high mount brake light is from our high and bright sun.
Maybe its an ADR requirement but the sedan was ok?
Maybe. There's some weird ADR stuff in terms of high-mount brake light height.
