Don’t think I’m ever going to get around to dropping the automatic in my daily driver wagon to fit this stuff so it’s for sale.

This is almost a complete 240 M47 kit with only a few pieces missing.

M47 from a 1992 240 wagon

Unknown condition inside the box, car was sitting for many years before I bought it 3 years ago, car rolled around but engine was very pulled apart.

Supporting brackets and crossmember

crossmember has been recently painted and has some new bushings as well

Pedals and support bracket

pedals have been freshly painted

One complete shifter with 8 ball and one parts shifter

STS Bronze shifter bushings

Driveshaft pulled from parts car that had the M47

new vibration dampener and centre bearing

Recently cleaned up LH2.4 flywheel

Tilton master cylinder

Read this particular model was installed in a 240 and held up to heavy pressure plate springs for many years. New in box.

New slave cylinder

As you can see it’s a very complete kit, only missing a clutch line going from master to slave cylinder which can be found easily on pick n Payless spots or a fancy stainless custom line could be fabricated.

What ratio is the axle?

Unsure, should be a 3.31:1, those came with the manual?

Manuals came with 3.31, 3.54 and 3.73.

If you could please check which one that is, provided that it's in good working condition, I'd be happy to buy it.

6 days later

Looks like it’s a 3.31

couldnt find any markings dictating what it was exactly but I did use this super scientific method shown in this video.

(I tried all the ratios listed btw and 3.31 worked out closest)
