The brake booster one way valve on the 264 had a crack creating a vac leak when i fiddled with it it snapped off.... went to throw a spare 240 one in i had but its substantially larger .... anyone have one or know where to get it ?

it's huge , the one way valve also sits hard up against the master, you would need to remove the master bottle to get it out which I thought was weird, I just chopped it out.
There's an adaptor grommet available that will mean you can then use the smaller type one way valve
I'm wrecking a few 164s...the valve looks larger in those, but hard to tell, and I couldn't easily pull it out...was afraid I'd break it. I can have another look and maybe pry gently with a screwdriver. I guess no harm in trying!

So as you can see the hole in the booster is larger than the diameter of the new, smaller one way valve. My brake guy gave me the correct size grommet, which means the new one way valve will fit into it.
