Question 1:
The two B-pillar interior trims from my parts car are different to each other.
As you can see, the one on the left is flimsy garbage compared to the one on the right.
Both appear to be genuine.
Any idea what the story is?
They both come from a 1987 240GL but the car has been repaired on both side B-pillars, so that doesn’t provide any useful information.
More importantly, does anyone have/know where I can get a matching one of the better quality type?
Question 2:
The under dash panels smell of ciggy smoke. I have successfully gotten the smell out of the other parts, but don’t know how to wash these.
Bit scared to do my usual pressure wash on these in case it destroys the material.
Any suggestions?
