1996 850R 2.3 Turbo 5-speed manual. 282000kms but odometer wasn't working for a while so maybe closer to 300000kms. There is an unwritten history on this car, owned by a handful of enthusiasts. I've owned it for 2 years and it's sat in my garage for most of that time. I don't get to use it as much as I'd like and now with 3 Volvo's its time to downsize.
In the time I've owned it I have taken care of almost everything that bothered me the slightest. From general maintenance to cosmetic. Previous owner did most of the bolt on engine mods and timing belt as well. I did the valve stem seals during my ownership.

AEM dry flow air filter and Snabb filter enclosure
Ipd leads, Volvo spark plugs and MSD coil
Arm Tech Rev Limiter
BSR downpipe and BSR cat to 2.5" custom bolt-on straight pipe (bolt on TME rear muffler
will come with the car too)
AEM failsafe AFR/Boost gauge
BC rear adjustable suspension and TATechnix coilovers on the front, rides quite well (if I keep the car I would fork out $800 for some front BC's)
DVS front strut brace
Poly top engine mount and ipd torque mount
Snabb short shifter kit

Interior:
Cream leather/suede is in excellent condition
Dash isn't cracked but has the typical 850 rattles
Roof lining was professionally replaced when I got it 2 years ago
The onlt criticism with the interior would be the shifter boot, all the clips are broken at the bottom and it just flops around
Blaupunkt single din Bluetooth headunit and stock speakers (I never bothered with the sound system on this, all I wanted to hear is the rumble of those 5 cylinders)
Body:
Decent condition, presents well
Bonnet is wrapped in gloss black (peeling clear underneath)
Another spot of peeling clear on the spoiler
A few scratches and door dings around the car
Overall the paint is glossy and sparkles in the sun
Some may call them issues:
Leaks a bit of oil from the turbo drain and oil cooler area
No aircon, condenser had a hole in it so I took it out. Better airflow without it (I can guarantee the a/c will work with a new condenser. I can supply, fit and regas for extra $$)
The engine is strong but is showing signs of age. It would suit a rebuild to make the most of the modifications
It's a great 850R with lots of life left in it. Fun to drive with the straight pipe, pops and bangs! Winner of Best P80 at Oz Volvo Nationals 2019.
Looking to get around $9000 for it but it needs to go so make an offer!
