Pair of rear corner bumper trims for 1981 and later 245's/240 wagons, stainless steel and plastic type. The plastic on the inner curve has come away from the metal on both, which can probably be fixed with a heat gun, and there is a crack in the inner plastic on the right one. These are the flatter type trims for wagons. $20 the pair, plus postage.

Hi Angus, if you can find a centre trim, let us know

I have the centre trim, but I think it's too long for Aus Post.

It might actually make sense to throw some wheels and the trim onto a small pallet and send up using E-Go couriers...

Sorry for being dull.

Are these the same as the ‘black trim’ later 240 wagons? Im not home to check what mine are but need the drivers side rear for a 92 with the black trims.

These are the black plastic and stainless steel version, they came off an '87.

In a pinch you could use one of the SS ones that Angus has for sale and paint it black. However, the black ones are a SS piece with an over-moulded black plastic so none of the SS is exposed. We had an 88 240GL that I blacked out and I believe I either painted the SS bits or taped over them with vinyl black-out tape. It probably wouldn’t be too obvious to the casual observer but the profile would look a bit different as the rubber/painted SS/rubber has steps in it vs. the black ones being a smooth plastic contour.
