Hi,
Would anybody have pinion bearings and seal? Where would I get my hands on these in the coming days? Bearings can be easily got but the seal will be a struggle.

Need to get The Beast back on the road asap!! ?

Thanks,
Martin
I have a brand new seal in point cook, I will have to find it though.

Please do and let me know. I can drop past to collect it. I'm just in Altona North.
Thanks

The sicker is missing of the rear axle but i guess mine is a 3:73 (1989 Volvo 40 wagon - Automatic) The ratio between the ring and pinion is 41:11 if that helps?

Have you a complete axle (less shafts) or is it just the diff assembly?
The sensor on mine is this style one:

Mine is still fitted to a car at the moment so it's complete, and has the same type of speed sensor.

The sticker with the ratio is on the rear of the left axle tube, and is often covered with underbody coating, sometimes with masking tape over the sticker as well.

Na, mine is definitely gone.
When could you remove it and would you deliver?

I am waiting for Berry Motor group to call me this morning to see what they have too.
It should be possible for me to remove it later this week and deliver on Saturday afternoon.
a month later
Rear axle replaced, easiest option. Thanks everyone :)
