242GT In urgent need of one of these wiper arms, I've owned the GT for 30yrs and the two small cast alloy retainer arms broke from years of being held out to change wiper blades. Wiper arm presses onto a splined drive shaft, dose not bolt on.
242GT There are two small cast tabs that hold the spring pressure when the wiper is positioned outward eg. When changing wiper blades etc. They've worn out and broke off. Bugger
Angus242164 I should have some but not until next week. Can also supply arms and spindles to convert to the later type which has fewer issues than the early ones, but it's a bit of work to change them over.
carnut222 I just removed a set of these from my 79 245 as I’m converting to the new style. I can post them in a bag to you. Can send a pic tomorrow if you’re interested. Probably less than $20 all up to prep and post them to you. They might need to be painted depending on how fastidious you are about the appearance.
