Seals

I have a 1979 Volvo 244. Started to leak engine oil and transmission oil from the rear main seal and also the torque converter seal. Anyone know where I can buy replacement seals? Also anyone know where I can find a disassembly diagram?

The oil is leaking onto the exhaust pipe. Its a bit embarrassing driving a smoke stack around!

I have aftermarket stuff
