Vee_Que;21278 wroteI've always had issues due to the wires at the back of the motor leading to the crank angle sensor in the distributor, at times if I gun it will cut power etc, get under the bonnet, jiggle the wire and it's good again till I do work under there again. Other issues will literally be related to vacuum leaks due to hoses being ancient. And if the boost is turned up the intercoolers cause roughish idles too.
Yeah, it's still got the origional turbocharger, but I have received a boost valve for it, however I haven't installed it yet, Alex, if your gonna be at the GRM open day, I'll show you the problem with the heater, as mark had a look and didn't find the cause
