I recently bought this rough gem for $5k. It goes well with non stuffed drive train. @timbo has helped out getting a few little things sorted to get the rego and now just need clockspring sorted and replacing control arms and general freshen up of suspension bits on the front end.

Yeah, excellent! I was considering but getting there etc etc, not serious enough to actually take that step, seemed really nice people.

Has Dynaudio sound too iirc? Brilliant sound system, last of the volvos with decent sound, this new stuff is utter rubbish!

What needed done in all?
Glad gearbox is good.
If not, Mark has some believe.
May pay to hoard a gearbox and rear diff...

The stereo has some blown (ish) speakers, needed steering arm inner and outer, front control arms, front shocks and mounts want doing, clockspring sensor thingo, has some small dings if I cared about them, might still need a battery, an o2 sensor if that code comes back, probably needs haldex service some time in the future

tf80-sc can be rebuilt to be even stronger so if it shows signs of weakness will rebuild rather than replace
