I hadn't. Looks damned promising. Not a lot of use for me as I have the BT handsfree, but promising that someone is making stuff and reverse engineering the MOST stuff to add extra functionality. Also encouraging it works with so many makes and models. My research showed they're all slightly different comms, means they must sit on the loop detect the protocol being spoken and adapt.
P.S. MOST is the worst acronym, but paired with ICT (the manufacturer of that box) the google results are all over the place.

Looks similar to what the touch connect is/does but instead of running the parrot Asteroid gimped for Volvo OS, looks like it runs real Android. Albeit a little old at 4.4.2 but if it's already running Android can probably run later versions.
I can't find how it interfaces though, guessing MOST Fibre but the page just says "The android module connects direclty to the Xcarlink Multimedai Interface" besides the spelling mistakes it's also light on detail.
