Does anyone know whether or not a Volvo 240 engine wiring harness part number 3515364, suits an 1985 Volvo 240 GLE?

Hi Hugh, that p/n lists as a B230F harness rather than a B230E which is what would be in your 240.
That said, the differences may be negligible and could probably make use of it.
