Just to close this out, looks like we were the lucky ones as 3 kits did make it to Australia. Everybody else over on Turbobricks who put money down have not been so lucky with no other kits delivered. The communication has not been great the whole way along but since the end of September the seller has stopped communicating entirely. Attempts to recover money via PayPal have failed as its over their 150 day limit.
The fitment of the kits delivered leaves something to be desired with the centre part not matching up to the outer parts as pictured. The top lip to attach to the bump also has a big bend in it where it should be flat.
It would take a fair bit of effort to make them look perfect. Likely the easiest being to remove the troublesome areas and fiberglass it together as one piece. Still, workable for me because I was planning on using the kit as a basis for further customising anyways.
