Cal Goood to know! Passenger door has an Alpine speaker that looks 5.25 but also looks like it belongs on the Millenium Falcon, and not in a good way. Drivers door just has an empty hole. I got it pink slipped today, so she's ready to register. If anyone wants to make an offer before I tackle the rear main seal and pay for rego and ctp nows the time! Otherwise, it will be for sale a later date, but for more pennies..

Cal So I'm onto the RMS tonight, does anyone have any pointers on how to remove this last nut retaining the driveshaft? Should I remove the shifter and come down from above? TIA
jlfents Rotate the shaft. Put it in neutral and roll the car or if the arse is in the air rotate the ds with your hand
jamesinc Don't forget to disconnect the kickdown cable before dropping the gearbox. I've broken the kickdown TWICE by either not disconnecting it, or letting it snag on something when I drop the gearbox out.
