Cool. Just a warning, I installed a EL box with an adapter plate recently and had to do some "floor mods" to get it to fit.

I was prepared for that. Love to know how the swap went. Input shaft? Trans mount?

Made trans mount out of 240 automatic crossmember and a little bit of the EL falcon crossmember (you just need a flat surface with a square hole to use the stock falcon rubber mount. The stock EL T5 input shaft had the tapered bearing pocket (rather than the needle style) and the correct helix angle to accept the Mustang input shaft that gets mentioned a lot. @Vee_Que supplied flywheel, clutch and information that I couldn't have done without.
