Has srs light, abs light and rattling tail gate issues....apparently.

Standard stuff.
The steering wheel appears to have a US spec airbag/horn pad - this may explain why SRS light is on.
Worth checking for accident damage just in case. Why would it have had another airbag/horn pad fitted??

ABS/TRACS light. no biggie - new module.

Rattling tailgate - typical 850 and V70. use the repair kit and glue everything in place with Sikaflex - painful to remove if required later, but will reduce/stop rattles.

$5500 is too expensive though - let it sit for a while before expressing interest.
