I think your results will be somewhere between "it did nothing" to "I snapped a head bolt" and "I induced warping in the head". The bolts are torqued such that stressing them further won't sandwich the head down more.
Think about how this leak might be occurring in the first place. Either:
- the head gasket has failed between an oil passage and coolant passage, or
- the head has warped, or
- the head has significant corrosion around a water passage, in which case
tightening or re-tightening the head bolts won't help you at all.
This issue can only be addressed by removing the head and inspecting it, replacing the head gasket, and potentially also skimming the head.
