Yeah, maybe. If you're lucky, it's The Old Blocked Flame Trap Pressure Cooker Effect, fixed by cleaning the flame trap, which is just a very dirty job, but once done, it won't need to be done again for another 70k km. It's something you'll have to do one day anyway. If your luck holds, the cause of the leak at the rear main has been all that excess pressure, and the dripping will disappear once the flame trap is clean.
If you're unlucky, the rear main oil seal is cactus.
