@rob are you building them yourself or getting a shop to do it?
I cut the centers out got a fitter at work to machine thr center bore to 65.1mm and I will supply the hoops then get a rim place to weld them

Doing it myself..... Didn't get to them over the weekend though... try again this weekend.

How do you make sure they run true @rob?
I use a stub axle and hub attached to a bench and a dial indicator. Also an old bubble style static wheel balancer to help get balance close. Haven't had any problems with balance when put on a dynamic balancer afterwards.

Why did you machine the centre?

penta242gt;13788 wrotemachined the center hub to 65mm as mondeo are 63.5mm

the wheels are ex mondeo
Ahh sorry, I read that wrong. I thought he machined the centre hole.
yeah, he has machined out the centre hole in the rim to allow it to fit over the standard 65.1mm volvo hub. the wheels were originally designed to fit over a 63.5mm hub.

Correct!
believe it or not, i just measured my 17" steelies, hub hole. one is 63.5mm the other 65.5mm, both are different center offsets.
Yeah space savers.
Even the holes around the face (like interceptors) are different sizes between the two. Including the offset. Centre pressing is different. (Not the barrel offset) so I need to match one of each to have two pair.
