As per title, 360 has non working wipers and heater fan every morning but works in the afternoon after changing nothing in a similar cold start situation.

Wiper relay suffering from mild condensation and evaporates as day warms up. This happened in The Goon. Was also how I discovered that I had a front windscreen weep leak on the passenger's side...

Wiper and heater fan share a wire in the loom in 240, so possibly the same in 360?

Condensation theory sounds good. Car hasn't moved today between not working and working so wire movement fixing it is less likely but shared wire might be a goer too.

Both similar relays pulled and resealed, drying now. Fingers crossed it does the trick.
