About 3/4 through the video the owner shows us the boot/trunk and within it is contained a Volvo picnic set in a special Volvo case.
Just wondering if they were ever brought to Oz?

He also mentions changing from alloys to steel wheels, what would be the advantage in doing this?
Just noticed the Volvo badge appears to be off set & not in the centre of the grill?

164s and 264s have the badge offset also.. very normal.

Changing wheels is a personal preference only. No idea on the picnic set!

I know quite a few Volvo owners in Japan who would run summer tyres on their alloys & winter (snow) tyres on steel rims. They also prefer to use tyre chains on steel rims I think.

I love the headlight front end on these , just suits the whole idea of the car as a luxury two door barge !

What a fun walk though! Love the look of this car. I only wish he started her up. As I was watching this I could tell from the style of yard and the cool weather that this was shot in the North East. It's funny how all that whole region just looks and feels the same no matter what town your in.
