does not necessarily have a good enough grasp on quality control to ensure every windscreen they ship meets exacting specifications so any marked certifications/standards may need to be taken with a grain of salt.
If it's not warping the view, it doesn't leak, and it doesn't shatter the first time the air conditioning hits it on a hot day, it's good enough to last the 12 or so months you need to car for, and then some.
