familyman They've been discussed here a few times. I had one fitted years ago. I'd wash the car, clean the windows, and it took several months for the rear glass to get even remotely dirty when the side windows were filthy. They make the rear seat cooler than the inner metal venetian type too, because no sun hits the glass. The negative about aunger though, is they're too thin. The horizontal slats sag downwards and then crack where the short thin vertical pieces are. More so if the car doesn't live inside a garage most of the time.
