Wheeler dealers doing a carby upgrade to the Renault Alpine V6 aka Volvo V6. The whole episode includes a water pump change too, after the host of the show (Mike) cooks the V6 on his way from France yo England. I don't understand how he didn't blow a head gasket! Are the V6's tougher than I thought?
He probably did blow the head gaskets, and hasn't realised yet.
They will cook a few times before the hg goes. Assuming the hg isn't 35years old! They are all alloy with wet sleeves so there isn't much to move around with overheating compared to iron block alloy headed vehicles.
