I guess if I had one failing I'd do the whole side. You're going to have to pull the manifold and so on to access it, may as well do all four.
That's what I wondered unfortunately, I've got a broken stud on the manifold that I could do at the same time but either way it's going to be a bit of a nuisance...

I should have a better look just to work out what I'm dealing with, not sure which plug profile I've got, seem to remember using a screwdriver punched through the plug and then levered to get it out but I imagine lining it back up for replacement will mean dropping the manifold, copious amounts of WD-40 will be in order!
