Hi There, Just bought an XC90 for the mrs and I'm eyeing off a 2013 S60 T6 Polestar. I have been told by the car salesman that it has a stage 3 polestar tune and that there were only a handful of them done before they were band due to changing rules or ecu parameters or something. It sounds like hogwash to me.

Does anyone here have any idea on this? I know its not he proper $110k polestar, juts an R Design with polestar tune but stage 3?

No such thing as stage 3 polestar
There is only one polestar tune for t6 xc60 and it really just emhances the electronic throttle to make it more responsive over anything else

T6 motors are mehh in xc60 for reliability as well

goes from 300hp to 325hp by increasing the boost a few PSI

Cheers guys, I thought it sounded like rubbish. So the T6 is no good? Disappointing, its such a lovely drive. Are there better after market tunes available like HEICO?
