Done carefully no damage.
A good independent tyre joint, say of middle Eastern ownership.. Will do it no problem.

Snoopy I see you are in Melbourne. Might I ask where? Might one pay you to perform this service please if my Volvo mechanic won't though I'd be surprised that he's not had to do it before. I guess he was hoping the seller might find the requisite part.
