I am changing the dash in the 264 to post 85 unit and as such, the early dash is up for grabs. The whole lot includes all pads, brackets, vents, tubes, console, kicker panel, Speedo etc...
Caveat emptor: the dash pad has one crack on the left side of the binnacle and the Speedo requires replacement gears because it's currently non-compus. Other than that it's mint.
Early 240 dashes have a slightly different bracket and support set up, including for the ignition bracket, so if thinking of going retro, bear this in mind.
Asking price is $250 or best offer. Not willing to separate.
