I have a complete m66 conversion for sale to suit P1 Fwd. Came out of a C30 Danilo and I wrecked with 135,000kms
M66 gearbox
Brake/clutch pedal assembly w/ clutch master cyl
Shifter assembly and cables
R/H driveshaft
Clutch hydraulic line
Dual mass flywheel

Also have a p80 awd r/h driveshaft if you want to fit it to an earlier model
Thanks for the heads up (very appreciated) but I would prefer to keep it AWD. If I ever have to get the slush box POS rebuilt I would try and get all the slip tuned out of it (if at all possible) The stock auto tune is very much "all or nothing"; either relaxed throttle inputs mean lots of slip in 4th gear (from very low speed) and general shit feeling, or the alternative of quick throttle inputs to coax it into dropping down gears but then you have to let off the gas almost straight away. If it could just not engage 4th so early or at least drop to third without so much throttle, it would be way better.
No probs. Have you tried resetting the gearbox adaptions on vida? You should be able to get it to relearn the shift points so it's more suited to your accelerator inputs
So much digging in vida required to work out just what I have to replace in addition to the box to swap a m56 to m66 in a P2 S60... (with space ball shifter)

Yes, tried a few times. Fluid is new, level correct etc.
Upshift adapts easily, down shifts were much trickier and maybe that's my problem.

Theres not heaps... If your S60's already a manual then most of the work is done, even the driveshafts are the same. You'll have to convert to dual mass flywheel, different clutch etc, you'll need a shifter from a 6 speed model (easily sourced from the UK, I do have a spare but I'm keeping it in case my 585,000 mile one that I currently have decides to break!)
No need to use a dual mass flywheel though. Only needs the clutch to match the box.
