Spac;109007 wroteNever seen or heard of a front bench seat for a 240 in Australia. But considering the number of weird variants they made, I would not be the slightest bit surprised if they existed in Europe.
Wagons could be optioned with a third row of seats. It was another two seats for small people, facing rearward. The fold down into the boot floor when not in use.
Semi commonly selected option (between one third and one quarter of 240 wagons had them, in my experience). The third row of seats were all beige, regardless of the rest of the interior colour, and you need the steel support member that fits behind the top of the second row of seats. This is often lost/missing, and is much harder to find than the dickie seats themselves.
I have a 1989 245 that has a black leathery 3rd row seat - in New Zealand
