AshDVS;104443 wroteBefore you fork out some money to pay for said adaptors, it's worth understanding what grade the studs or fasteners are and what, specifically the material that the spacer or adaptor is made from.
Hub-centric will be important or you may be forever chasing a vibration that feels like you've dropped a wheel weight.
The taper of the nut is not sufficient to keep the wheel aligned with the spacer/adaptor.

T6061 for material or a good Titanium or a good Magnesium alloy
(P.S. you probobly can't afford anything other than 6061 but I've seen the others used)
On my wagon I am running 14MM truck studs because overkill and awesome
Apperently I don't have any pics of the adapters... but these are whats on the wagon at the moment
