As Mister Bear said, OMFG yes. Is it a factory fitted engine? A very rare car if so.
A B204FT should have about 200 BHP out of the box. The slightly smaller bore (88.9mm versus 92mm for the B234 2.3 litre) is actually an advantage, I am told by John Vanlandingham, for high pressure, high power turbocharged applications. The YBB Cosworth and the Mitsubishi EVO etc bores are approximately the same size. So what works with them should work for the 2.0 16V.
The 16V 2 litre engine has slightly smaller valves than the 2.3 litre engine, but the bigger valves from the 2.3 may be too big for the bores. The NA 2.3 head and the turbo 2.0 head are (AFAIK) otherwise the same,
If you decide to turn up the wick,
@Vee_Que has excellent intercoolers available that won't pop the sides from more blow.
Then there are alternative turbos, engine management systems, inlet manifolds, etc etc to consider - it depends how much you want to spend.
If it's a factory B204FT (16 valve 2 litre) and you decide to junk the engine, and if
@Philia_Bear doesn't beat me to it, I'd like the cams off of the head, or would like to get the timing on them measured - the T cams from the B204FT are close to ideal timing wise AFAIK, but they could use a bit more lift.
