jrc;100065 wroteI emailed the previous owner 8 years ago when this car had 210,000 k on the clock and was tegistered as 156fvc in qld. Toowoomba. which is fairly good climate. I confirmed the car was the same from the pattern of cracks on the steering wheel tho the difference in seat wear is more indicative of 50000 km more driving not 5000 as on the (claimed not working) odometer. It sounded pretty good but rust on all those places was an issue then. The sump seepage was typical b20 engine. I owned a white / red interior version in 1979/80. Yes it was rusting too at 6 years old. I still have some pictures of the wattle car if anyone wants to see them email me. Incl pic of the colour plaque you guys are right. I decided not to proceed I was also looking at a 73 which is now on the gold. Coast.
It's Back Johnny! Please excuse the pun.

The 142 which was the subject of a previous thread. Ex Qld. Recently Cabramatta NSW.
Odometer not working, trim worn more than odometer suggests, etc.
This time the left rear quarter has had paint. Previously, it had the repair and primer. The fuel lid door paint looks funky.
Supposedly sold on Gumtree a few weeks ago, advert removed. The truth of the "failed" sale would be interesting.
Aussie assembled. Dulon Wattle.
Similar images as previous listing, other than painted left rear quarter.
