YMMV, but I reckon the heater cores from Vehicle Heaters UK seem to already cover that need. They're very well made, solid units.
That said, there are other bits of the 140s and 240s (and even Sevens and Nines) which aren't being made by anybody and are needed - like B pillar rear window retainers for 142s/ 242s, or oil pump pulleys for B234 engines - so I don't believe there's a viable market for more heater cores.
