Recently brought a MY07 2.5T AWD XC90 with the optional third row A/C.
Its been recently re-gassed with no leaks found. The front passenger left hand side is not cold as it should be, i hooked up Vida which i received today and ran the ECC diagnostic and there were no codes.
Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

You can re calibrate the climate control blend doors with vida, but its 100% going to be low on gas. The dual a/c xc90s take just over a kg of gas so it was possibly under charged.
My money is on a leak at the condenser on the top drivers side corner at the front (where the mounting tab is welded on)
I have done 3 this summer

Thank you Tim for your suggestions will follow your advice. Cheers.

If it was re gassed it should have a u.v dye in it.
Take it back to the place that regassed it and point them in the direction of the condenser and they should spot the leak.
We pressurize the system with nitrogen and soapy water on difficult to spot leaks, but it is quite time consuming

Your spot on Tim the leak is from the top right corner condensor bracket. Can this be welded to fix the leak or a new one is in order?

We just fit aftermarket condensers from our local natrad. Its pretty easy to replace in the xc90.
Should be around $350 for the condenser.
