The redblock m90 will be a very straight forward swap no doubt. Though not all the questions have been answered regarding them in anything other than a 940.

They are here and bolt up no issues with out engineering cert, 740/940 no chassis difference and would rather bolt up an M90 rather than have custom flywheel/drive plates shear off from weekenders

The m90 is a good box and will easily hold 440Nm at 2100kg Gvm. So it will cope with more input torque if the vehicle mass is less than that. If you are considering dumping the M46 in the nearest bin then this would be a great replacement with minimal mods.
