i dig that spoiler and interior (when it was nice) but other than that I don't see it being worth the money. What do you guys figure that's worth as-is?

$1500ono isn't stupid money - it's a realistic asking price.
Anything below $800 would have to be considered a very good price.
Between 800 & 1500 depends on the details - how bad the rust is, what you want to do with it, etc.

Yup, I agree, $1500 is the realistic ballpark to start at. Knock down from there if there is serious stuff wrong but looks OK as is. Quite impressed at how good it is given the half million k's actually.

Even though it's a non-runner that needs a full respray? I would think 200-300 at most. It's essentially just a shell

That is a runner and the need for respray looks to be a bit overblown at least from those pics.

Minor clutch issues... I reckon $900

I've owned five GTs now.
The one that cost me $300 is hugely inferior to this one - stripped, rusty, no motor & no box.
The one with the good (almost perfect) shell and very good interior but no motor or box & faded paint was $600. Should have kept that one.
The rough one with the head off, was $600. Phil ended up with that one. This example is definitely superior to that one.
I know I've lost my touch in recent times, but I used to be a pretty damn good haggler: if anyone can get that for $300, they have my respect. And my awe.
