familyman All the 'stainless' mufflers I've seen, still have a 'sacrificial' line of normal metal that still rusts through. (Whadda they think they're doin'!?) Does one exist without that? (And if so, where? I'm sure quite a few of us would like to know about that one, LOL.)
tbro Buy a ""QUALITY"" stainless muffler and its guaranteed for 10 years, so who is buying quality mufflers, those who don't drive their cars that often. A certain Escort would go through a rear muffler every 12 month, just in time for RWC. Purchased a full stainless system and its been there for over 15yrs, the new owner may have a bit far to go if he wants warranty though. Ya get what ya pay for..............
