Did anybody install only dump pipe on Volvo s40 2lt 121kw 2000model just after few extra hp not really keen to put a full exhaust system? and is it really worth it?

Dump pipes are for LOLS it seems , unless you are doing some major mods and boost on a special turbo then maybe , just maybe it could be of benefit to compressor surge but i doubt it really...

I install cold air intake with k&n air filter also put platinium spurpugs and leads and felt difference
I heard that if u boost more then 12psi its gona cut out either injectors or spurplugs is it true?

I am no expert on the electronic throttle year 2000 cars , others will chime in here but first of all do all the basic "Stage 0" stuff , the hoses etc , i would think sticking to branded VOLVO plugs as in any other Whiteblock motor is essential , these motors only like these plugs.
You will have a fuel cut and run out of injector headroom but i doubt your mods come anywhere near that and you will notice the cutout high up anyway. A proper tune is what you need .
