Hi, I'm after any 140 brochures for 1974 specifically for the Australian market. Hardcopy or Electronic copy.
I'm aware of the UK and US versions on the UK volvo club website.
Thanks, Al.

I'm pretty sure the bemuse at Inverell, NSW has them all... but is a bit of a trek from Tassie...

Woah! What the. Good lead!

How do I track down the owner Robert Taylor?
PaddlerEd
I think he donated them all to the Inverell Motor Museum, so the collection is there and is open to the public nearly every day.

Cheers! Sent them an email enquiry. Will let you know how I go.

There's some conflicting information in the service records of my 145. I always thought mine was a DL (de-luxe) but some of the earliest volvo dealer service records say it's a GL. Finding an aussie brochure should help work out what it is.

Emailed the museum yesterday asking if they have any Australian release 1974 sales brochures of any kind. Will keep you posted on any updates.

Haven't heard back from museum yet. I might give them a call. In the meantime, does anyone have a copy at home?

Now I'm not sure if it is Australian, as it is printed in Sweden, but the cars are rhd. It was going to be a surprise. Anyhow, DL doesn't have a badge on the grille, GL does. DL has hub caps. Also according to this brochure, GL did not come in a wagon. Also GL has leather seats and a tacho. This is all in line with the pre 78 244 GLs. My tip is it a DL.

BTW, its for 1974 - orange wagon, yellow sedan.
